By using Spot if AI you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Sergey Amirov, Prague.

1. What the service is

Spot if AI produces estimates about whether music acts are AI-generated, based on publicly available signals, as described on the how it works page. Results are opinions derived from public data, expressed as probabilities with a stated evidence strength. They are not facts, verdicts or accusations, and they can be wrong.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use results to harass, defame or take action against artists or rights holders.
Do not scrape, bulk-query or resell the service or its results; the request limits exist for a reason.
Do not attempt to access other users’ analyses or bypass sign-in.

3. Spotify

Spot if AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Spotify. Spotify content is accessed through the Spotify Web API under Spotify’s Developer Terms and remains subject to Spotify’s terms. Playlist analysis is available to a limited number of signed-in users while the app runs in Spotify’s Development Mode.

4. No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Sergey Amirov, Prague is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the service or its results.

5. Corrections

Artists and rights holders can dispute a result at amirov@larixon.com. We review disputes in good faith and correct errors.

6. Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue the service, and update these terms, at any time. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
